Spinner II Oil Cleaning Centrifuges are the Ultimate Oil Cleaners!

Spinner II Centrifuges were first developed in 1940 for the RAF during the Battle of Britain. The RAF needed a fully cleanable oil filtration system to handle the demanding lubrication requirements for high performance Rolls Royce Merlin V-12 engines in the Supermarine Spitfire and Hawker Hurricane. Developed by Glacier Bearing Company of Taunton England, the Glacier Centrifuge provided exceptional oil cleaning without replacement parts of any kind. It could be cleaned rapidly without special tools and most importantly provided the kind of clean oil essential to maximize the operational life of the Merlin engine.

Seventy years and over a million centrifuges later, Spinner II Oil Cleaning Centrifuges offer a comprehensive range of benefits to their users. Applicable for diesel, natural gas engines, specialty hydraulic, gear, transmission and cone crusher applications.

We have cleanable models from 250cc to 6000cc dirt capacities, as well as oil flow rates from 0.8 usgpm (3 litres) to 16 usgpm (60 litres) per minute. We also have 500cc disposable rotor centrifuges for low oil pressure applications such as the Cummins ISX DPF engines.
